The equipment's adjustable abrasive belt speed and pressure settings allow us to customize surface effects: for luxury goods, we use a slower speed to create fine textures; for industrial parts, we use a faster speed to create a rougher appearance. For different types of stainless steel such as 201, 304, and 316, exclusive process parameters are preset: ultra-fine straight lines (Ra0.2μm) are used for medical device housings to meet sterile cleaning requirements; high-end electrical panels are treated with random lines to improve fingerprint resistance and visual grade. In the communication electronics field, after using this equipment, an enterprise achieved 99% consistency in brushing the housings of optical communication modules, and the product qualification rate jumped from 88% to 99.5%.
The equipment supports simultaneous single and double-sided processing with a maximum processing width of 1600mm. Combined with an automatic feeding and receiving system, it realizes unmanned production. Its closed brushing chamber design, combined with a negative pressure dust collection device, ensures that the dust emission concentration is ≤0.5mg/m³, complying with EU "green manufacturing" policy requirements.
